Audio Bug

Hello Like in the Topic Section mentioned, i found an audio bug, if you are in an outpost and dont move or do anything you hear creepy voices talking to each other like they are people in voice chat or something. i don't know if it is supposed to be but it's quite scary though. doesn't sound like the characters from the Island. so i suggest that this is a recording or something. the scary thing is this audio doenst changed since i heard it at 12 o'clock this day it was the same audio. so did yomeone had the same ''bug'' ?. and do you think this is supposed to be ?
