PC Teredo Error code for Party Chat with XBox players...

    Has ANYONE found a solution yet? Seems if you JOIN a Xbox party chat it says "Disconnected". But it WILL let you start a Party Chat BUT as soon as a Xbox player joins...."Disconnected" happens to the PC player who started the Party Chat. Been all over Net searchin, done the Command Promp tests and all.
