Beanbearded and Obsidianbeard

    Hi Pirates,

    I am seeking for help after having unsuccessful response from Support Ticket.

    So when I am diving in Hourglass tunnels the moment it find a match I am getting knocked out of the server and getting Beanbeard or Obsidianbeard pop up.
    If I try to rejoin, sometimes it would let me in the game after multiple press yes to rejoin or it would prompt again Beanbeard or Obsidianbeard.
    It is very difficult and random for me to rejoin but upon insisting I usually manages to rejoin.

    I did test WIFI, I did test Ethernet it triggers on both.

    I am seeking for solution or ideas as to how to pin this issue down.

    I am planning to try to use another computer on same connection IPS to see if it also occurs or not.

    EDIT: reset game
    reset device
    reset wifi
    reset router
    uninstall and reinstall game

    Well upon doing few testing a different things what fixed it is to remove the Avast Antivirus/Firewall. It seemed that it was creating some conflict with the IPS and causing some irregular loss packets. Upon reminding it it am no longer getting these beards.

    Hope this will help someone.
