This is a more recent problem for me but I'm not sure exactly how to handle it. The main issue is when checking with the different factions a pop-up appears saying "Promotion Unavailable: There has been an error and Promotions are currently unavailable. Please try again later." and the promotion tab is grayed out and not selectable. This has been going on for about a week. Normally this would be fine, but I currently have an unclaimed promotion with the Merchant Alliance. I have no other related issues yet this pops up. Is there anything to do about it?

@breadbox213 its true the game wont let me log in for no reason. Everything works but they always give me a reason not to play. They need to fix the game for ps5 players. At this point its just getting annoying ! Any help will be appreciated.
