    It's possible that they changed their Gamertag after playing with them. You can always try the recent player's list as this should be correct (although not all recent players seem to log in a timely fashion)

  • @guepard4 Ahhhh easy... you report them using the Gamertag you wrote down and mention the game you were playing and the times via Xbox Player Support and they will track them down.

    They have ways to find out what heir previous Gamertag was and what their current name is!

    Do you know how to interpret xbox gamertags secret language? Where zeros can be O's and I's can be L's? Could have been the issue as well.

    He had an "i" that actually was an 1. Inside the game the 1 looked like a I but in Xbox 1 is 1.
