compensation for your almondbeard server issues

    I've been on 4 different voyages with 4 man crews, whilst completing voyages and getting items worth gold, the server has crashed and gave ALL of us almondbeard.

    We know this isn't a user issue,
    We don't know if its you guys gettings DDOS or something else.

    however I do know it makes the game unplayable and angers your entire playerbase when they are collecting loot and they disconnect, or just trying to have fun and they get almondbeard.

    if your servers crash and a player has obtained loot on their ship, give them the gold or reputation for the server crashing.
    ONLY for when the servers crash and give almondbeard

    i don't wanna play anymore until this is figured out.

    Rare owes me and my crew a skull fort just completed it was loading our ship and almond beard one of my crew has screenshots at the time it happened

    Don't whine about compensation, dudes.
    It sucks I agree but s**t, it happens.

    Last thing we want is an already-increasingly toxic playerbase adding more fuel to the fire, and what would they even compensate us with? A couple of levels each in a game that can take hours to grind a single one?

    @devilcrow1994 ive lost a day of work at this point and I can’t play the game reliably.
    They need to figure the servers out or at bare minimum, explain what’s going on.

    I get s**t happens, but the game needs to be playable

    My internet cut out on my day off work, I'm not calling up my ISP provider to compensate me with a free days broadband usage...
    It happens, servers go up and down while they're tweaking and fixing man.

    In pretty much every game in it's first month or so the servers are always the biggest problem. Be patient amigo, drink some grog and come back tomorrow.

    @devilcrow1994 aint whining paid 60 bucks put in the time did the fort there server failed. Failed 3 times after that too. You want whining give me back the og blunderbuss give me the option to run a private boat and a way to disable cross play. Side note i want the old blunderbuss back to deal with the pc b.s players

    @devilcrow1994 I’ll come back and check tomorrow, but when you pay for a game that’s online only, I expect it to be playable,
    I don’t expect the creators to stop people from joining when their servers are overloaded
    I do expect them to give me an error that is understandable or at least a reason why I can’t play the game I paid for.

    I’m sorry but I expect things to get better after a games been out for nearly a month.

    I don’t hold them to the low standard of EA where they can a release a game with broken servers for months. I expect blizzard like server quality from a powerhouse such as microsoft

    @frank3nst31n-69 oh and my earned achievements would be nice as well since i went there. Dont tell me get good either theres very very few boats we fear, basically none to be honest. Every time we encounter a pc boat its instantly obvious and usually rage inducing garbage lagging teleporting hopping around like drunken rabbits being oneshot repeatedly being trash talked in game chat. You know everything everyones said before me about pc players

    Yeah Vill mate, I get the frustration.

    When I bought For Honor I expected to be able to fight against players without host winning. :^D ONE YEAR LATER BOYZ
    When I bought Friday the 13th I expected servers to run.
    When I bought Battlefield 4 we don't talk about that

    It's pretty common for this to happen, I guess it's probably because I'm a sap who always pre-orders or buys on day one launch and gets this a lot but I'm used to there being issues in the first couple of weeks.

    Anywho, I'm not b******g, I hope your game runs fine for you when you next play it, and may your chests be plentiful and your skulls be beautiful!
