I started playing Sea of Thieves when I was 16. It was my favorite game. I got banned about 4 years ago for something I did not do, and I've been locked out ever since.
I appealed at the time. Got an automatic reply. Appealed again. Got banned from the support site. Tried the Discord. Got banned there too. I was 16 trying to get my favorite game back and every door got slammed in my face.
I'm 20 now. When I saw the Second Chance Policy I genuinely thought this was finally it. I submitted a manual review appeal, explained everything, and got what felt like the exact same automatic response. "Your account did not meet our criteria." No explanation. No evidence. Nothing.
I had almost 300 hours on that account. I was a dedicated player who genuinely loved this game. Four years later and there's still been no real human response to any of it. If anyone can help, my banned account is bunkerexplorer.
