I did not realize Dog pack was a pre-order exclusive

    I pre-ordered the game, experienced Beta & Launch Crew, but never received this pack. Am I missing something?

    I don't remember exactly, but I do think the game "gave" you black dog if you actually pre-ordered it. I know some of the older cosmetic-packs were given with a code through DMs via the Xbox app. So I recommend checking if you have any old DM laying around from Xbox with a code inside. If not and you have proof of buying it during the pre-order period then I would send them a support ticket.

    @agraciousgod If you ordered Digitally, you would have received a code from the retailer(I got mine via Amazon and it is in my emails).

    If you ordered a physical disc copy (Xbox) then I imagine there was a card inside the case or on the receipt from the retailer.
