My mates and I were voyaging out in Devil's Roar tonight and the Meg came upon us. It seems he is now back to being as aggressive as he was during the hungering deep? Anyways, my mates and I got caught up trying to fix our ship from his chomps that we got into red water. I looked up and said "Hey, I don't see anything ahead of us, I think we might be going bad." Within two seconds the water turned blood red and the music started, and we simultaneously started to get holes. Then the Meg chomped us again, and that's all she wrote, folks. Would there be any way to add an earlier music cue or make the water noticeably foggy or something, so sailors can be more aware BEFORE their ship is already being destroyed?
More cue for the red water
@maxamii quick question what was your ship? and also I would believes it takes at least a minute or two before you get holes, so you should have had some warning.
@weststormborn well it depends if they went full billows into the red you can truly go deep into it within no time flat, the deeper you go the faster the damage occurs.
@Maxamii i personally think the cues we get currently sre good enough but thats just me
@taaaamas Oddly enough, if you read my post you would have realized that we were too preoccupied to read a map
@weststormborn We were three-manning a galleon. Honestly we probably just didn't hear it over the Meg music and water.
