The hungering deep is coming out today; however, the servers are down. I checked the forums and the insiders stuff to figure out why I was getting kiwibeards. I checked the server status option on the website, and it says servers are live and running. I had to go to twitter, which I don't have atm, to figure out I won't be able to play for about another hour and a half at least. This isn't going into the support thread because I think adding a little status bar would help relations and lack of communication. As of late, the unstable servers seemed to be ignored by rare and they had the same error message in their websites server status for 6 days.
I think adding this will let us know they are aware of the problem, cut down unnecessary support tickets, and make it seem like they are more present. If we are replacing a finished game with live services, we need more developer presence. Inn side story and the dev updates are nice, but they need just a bit more.
I'm passionate about the game, and the community. I'm only critical of it because I want it to be the best it can be.
