I was so excited that the rising morningstar drops were back, I can finally get the belt after so long of waiting!
Oh, wait... the belts not a part of the drops again. :(
Could we please get a chance to get the belt too? Its the only cosmetic I've wanted and I have no way to get it in the game. I'd happily pay 10 million gold to unlock it.
