ADD MORE PLAYERS PER SERVER!!!!!!
Sometimes you get unlucky. The ships on the server may have been avoiding you, or they may have simply been somewhere you forgot to look. Occasionally, the game will break and leave you alone in a server without merges, but that's quite uncommon. For all you know, one or two ships could've always been just out of sight behind you, while another was off behind some island in a far-off corner of the map and the other two by chance left when you were on the approach and were replaced by fresh spawns behind you. You never know, it's always possible for something like that to happen.

Never really cared much for streaming, even less for streamers.

Not sure what to suggest here... last night we had 5 ships taking on the Fort of the Damned... (4 in an alliance and one very silly bystander waiting by to steal the loot)
Servers to me are always full... is it possibly a region/time issue, maybe?
I hope you're right cause we spent 1.5 hrs until we saw the first sloop, then it ran for about 30 min until we caught it.
I still think more ships per server should be added.

I hope you're right as well, but trust me we checked everywhere and at one point we each hopped on our server until one guy saw the sloop we chased.
