    So I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, I’m looking to figure out how to access the Ferryman outfit in game, I have redeemed the code already just can’t seem to find it in game...

    That doesn't help as he isn't talking about the black dog pack, he is talking about the ferry man outfit you got for buying the SoT controller. I am having this issue too and to be honest it is taking the micky now

    Apparently there is an issue with the dlc. There will be a patch released early next week which should hopefully fix it. That goes for bothe Blackdog and Ferryman DLC.

    It's the same issue for most costume packs, I'm still waiting on the Ferryman pack.
    My son, for the Black dog pack.

    Give it a few more days :)

    @rs-rival-x I'm also missing it, I redeemed it yesterday thinking the update next week will fix this.

    Rare is pushing out a patch early next week that is supposed to fix the following issues:

    • Achievements being delayed
    • Temporarily missing items
    • Performance issues on X1X
    • Players not receiving entitlements (Black Dog Pack, Ferryman etc.)
    • Gold being delayed (client-side fix)

    I think you didn't understand, both are the same issue and both will be fixed the same way.
