Flame Heart had a red dragon figurehead that can be found on multiple occasions.
It had been in Wanda's hideout I have no clue about now, but here's an image example:

Mainly I wanted to suggest adding it as a hard to earn reward, or maybe locked behind a commendation.
Kinda like the Banisher of the spectral flame, but that one's more so grindy.
You could even add other cosmetics based around that version of the ship, like the hull or maybe some captaincy stuff.
Having it in the game as small as it is would be really nice given lore around the old ship, even if it was just a limited item/emporium thing.
