I’ve currently completed every goal for this event except for the Master Chef one, specifically the one for cooking meat using all four pans st a seafort, i have tried it on multiple servers and different seaforts yet it just doesn’t want to complete for me. I have already raised a support ticket but ofcourse all i get is the typical “wait 72 hours” response, i was wondering if anybody is stuck on this one aswell?

Make sure that's the one that's missing - perhaps you cooked at night at an outpost and not a normal island or used fruit (or whatever the reason was it didn't count).
I was able to cook successfully on an outpost, so I don’t think that’s a problem. You just have to make sure it was night, that it was raw and you cooked it until it wasn’t raw. I could not get it to tick with an already cooked piece, fruit, or grubs.
Same goes for on the ship and at the sea fort, has to be raw and cooked until not raw. So I’d try the other 2 and see if maybe it was one of them that didn’t tick.

I was able to do it this AM without any trouble like this (I even used fruit in 2 of the pans, and iirc a fish and other meat in the other 2). Just make sure you have all 4 pans going at the same time and that nothing is already even partially cooked? My biggest issue trying to finish WYWH is probably going to be trying to complete a FOTD, which I've still never done ;p.

Since you just need to open the vault you should be fine with either a fof or a fotd as many will wait till it's open for the attack.
Unless something changed you'll get credit for a fotd just by being around the fotd when the vault is opened (it's not that way for fof). This means you could just sneak near fotd or become friends to get the credit with an existing one.
A few suggestions
stock up on tridents if you can
kill the boss near the vault and quickly grab the key and open it
go into it prepared for the worst but hope for the best, might lose the loot might not but all you gotta do is put the key in, anything after that is just a bonus
firebombs are your best friend if you can stock up, get waves ablaze and run them around in a circle (away from water) and it'll be quick
if you run into trouble getting it done and time starts running out you're welcome to contact me and we can figure it out so you get it done. You'll do fine though it's just a backup option.
Just tried it again today while sailing with my crew, it yet again does not work for me, meanwhile it instantly counted for one of my crewmate when he put uncooked meat on all four pans, i know it’s specifically seafort one that i am missing because cooking on the ship and cooking on an island at night both counted for me yesterday.
For me it is the Singed Supplies that will not progress.
I bought an ashen captains gold hoarder voyage from the shipwright, dug up all the chests and got the voyage completed message.
Counter reads 0/2 completed.
So I went to the actual gold hoarder and bought a golden voyage for the roar. Went to the island, solved the riddle, dug up the chest, again message pops up, voyage completed.
Counter still reads 0/2 completed.
Both voyages were bought at the Morrows Peak outpost
@feefyefoefum yeah the captaincy voyages don’t count to progress this. I was able to progress it with normal ashen vaults from the gold hoarder in his tent.

Same here, but it gives 3 missions, I think we might have to do all 3.
@captthreepwood you have to do voyages sold by the lady, not captaincy voyages. The second one it's bugged for me also, stuck at 1/3

Capacity voyages don’t seem to track. I had the same problem. You need to buy voyages from the NPC on the outpost themselves. I bought order of souls voyages from the OoS representative
@captthreepwood yeah.. Think I killed about 5 megs and "participated" in two Skelly fleets before I finally got 3/3

I think it’s just really inconsistent for some reason. As I did 0 world events and instead I had 2 emergent skeleton sloops and a meg that got me 3/3. I was surprised when I killed the first skeleton ship that it progressed it. I was in the roar, so it isn’t like I accidentally killed one that was part of the Skeleton Fleet.
That said, I have been able to complete it 100% personally without any issues. I already knew it couldn’t be a captaincy voyage, so everything was smooth sailing for me when I did mine.
I also completed all the novice activities with 3 different people(in 3 separate sessions on 3 different days) without any of them having anything not trigger. So it seems like it’s very inconsistent as to when it will and won’t trigger.
@emiliewinry unfortunately I don’t think it’s anything you’ve done wrong. It seems these activities are hit or miss. Try again tomorrow and see if anything works.

This is correct. Duplicate encounters do not count toward completion. You need 3 distinct ones from the list provided. Others have already chimed in on the fact that Captaincy Voyages do not count toward that requirement either (you need to purchase a voyage from the faction NPC) but there is no way to know that ahead of trial and error. Also the World Traveler and Fishing tasks would have benefited from real-time tracking so you know what's been completed or not without extra note taking outside of the game. If you don't do that from the start catching up and chasing down what you need for completion is like shooting in the dark. A little massaging on these types of descriptions and mechanics will be welcome for anything similar to follow.
@emiliewinry hi, if you did the ghost fleet with a voyage, it won't count. You have to do the event (green vortex).
I must've gotten really lucky. I was diligent and did then in the order they were listed instead of trying to be efficient. Except for fishing I let three if my trophy fish finish that task. And I only hit two very temporary glitches.
Did a skellie fleet. It counted. I made sue I was the one to "activate" the fleet. The ships weren't already up.
I did a second skellie fleet. Did not count.
Did a ghost event. It counted. I was the first to the event. Another sloop rolled in while I was doing it. They actually killed the big bad. But I got credit nonetheless.
Then got a Meg in the roar. No ships nearby, so it was emergent on me. It counted.
So one whole extra event.
Cooking went fine. Never saw a glitch. I killed chickens ahead of time so it was all food I collected in game. Not bought or found in barrels.
Ashen voyages. I did two vaults. Both were prized captaincy voyages bought from the shiowright for this event before I read that it had to be an NPC voyage. They counted so I never did buy or use a tradition gold hoarder voyage.
The other glitch I hit was that visiting shipwrecks did not appear to advance that tracker. But I did shrines and treasuries, plus the sea fort I cooked at, all seemed fine.
All in all, it was pretty painless. Even stole a FoF open credit from an inattentive brig, the the chest of fortune a nice bonus prize. Solo sloop for the win.
@lem0n-curry I am having trouble with the one for cooking on ship, just won't complete, and it always gives the perfectly cooked count.

Are you sure it's the one that's missing ?
I can only give the same advice as in my initial post:Make sure that's the one that's missing - perhaps you cooked at night at an outpost and not a normal island or used fruit (or whatever the reason was it didn't count).
