Last ship standing suggestions

  • 1st Sailing people out of the bounds doesn't give you a streak unless you have shot cannons at them (in my experience). I think it should, because taking the risk to leave your ship unattended (in solos), (also duos if you're double sending), or the skill required to fight a 2v1 should be rewarded. I originally submitted this to support, but they told me to post it here.

2nd I think streak should be awarded throughout the match to make it easier to get a few commendations, e.g. achieve a certain amount of 4 streaks. I don't need them to change how ally is awarded for this. I don't know if it already works like this behind the scenes, and even if it does, I think it'd be nice to see during the match, as this would also help you know if you get credited for a sink.

3rd There shouldn't be an exit portal AND a timer to kick you out after a match. If there is an exit portal, it shouldn't spawn directly on the final zone(s), or at least wait until the winning ship has left the portal area. And if there is a timer, it has got to have more time. As it is right now, I only have time to loot one ship's supplies and flag, unless another one is VERY close, while in many situations it'd be useful to have enough time to loot 2, 3, or even 4 ships' supplies (maybe even more in some situations I haven't been in). Alternatively there could be an option at the war map to leave/re-queue after the match, so you can take the time you need/want to gather supplies and flags.

  • @bluss2905 The streak you get is based on how many ships the fight starts with, 4 boat = 1 streak, 5 boat = 2 streak, 6 boat = 3 streak.

  • streak should be awarded throughout the match to make it easier to get a few commendations

Make things easier yup….why not make kegs spawn up randomly in the water as well so ships sink faster

  • @captain-knyt That is wrong, I have it on video not working like that (5 boat game, but I only got 1 streak)

  • @burnbacon Strawman fallacy (bad argument)
The idea doesn't remove the required effort, it removes some effort that wouldn't typically be required outside of last ship standing.
    It doesn't change gameplay.
