I would like to see reapers become much more! Flamehearts story is a fearsome pirate, would like to see his hideout a bit more updated and probably have a draw bridge in between the two islands with an anchor feature to raise or lower the bridge! The main quarters of where flameheart sits isn’t a broken ship but a slightly bigger skeleton camp building with same setup inside(flame heart in the thrown son beside him, flag and hourglass them etc.) I’ll be making a YT video here soon hopefully of the full view! I thought about a bell tower feature where players could ring it every 10 to 20 minutes(bell having cool down, bell tower on other island at reapers for a fill in) and could possibly have some kind of commendations(ring the bell X amount of times for reward or title) example.“Bell of Misfortune” Would love to see any of these changes come to life!

Thing about Flameheart, his "Castle" is the Sea of Thieves as he claims. The Hideout is just a base of operations until he burns away all those who stand in his way.

Reapers should feel scarier and more important, so upgrading Flameheart’s hideout makes sense. Bigger lair, less “broken IKEA ship,” more secret liar energy? Yes please.The drawbridge + anchor gimmick though… that’s edging into theme-park MMO territory. Reapers works best when it’s ominous and hostile, not a mechanical playground. Same with the bell: cool flavor, but if it’s just a spammy commendation button, it’ll get old fast.
Upgrade the vibe and lore of Reapers? Huge yes.
Extra interactables just to interact? Nope.
Make it intimidating, not gimmicky.
