    I think it would be a useful option to see a sort of statistics graph of what you have earned in the last 24 hours or in the last week

    this sort of thing is very helpful for production

    it fires up the competitive spirit as well as gives people boosts of satisfaction based on accomplishment and effort.

    personal data in general helps people find motivation to do more and maintain consistency.

    We now have captain logbooks and the ship's log. Take a picture of them both at the beginning and at the end of the week - get the stats you want to see, then compare the differences using math. 😉
