So, hi everyone, im just posting this because I pre-order the game but I never get the Black Dog Pack Pre-Order Bonus... how long I need to wait to check or get the "pre-order" pack?

If you ordered a physical copy did you recieve a code from the retailer?Aye, still waiting for mine aswell and starting to get really g******n p****d off about it... Really useful cosmetics at this point of the game, considering it's been 2 weeks and I've already bought a full set of cosmetics because was sick of waiting for these ones to arrive -.- Bought it on Microsoft store on the 19th of March.
@runic I click in pre-order with black dog pack in the official page for pc version and just send me to Microsoft Store.
@slaig0d Same here! I've already wrote a support tickt for that. Got it from a retailer where i usually get my games from and did not receive a code or anything.

I presume this means you purchased a digital copy through the Microsoft store. Go to https://account.microsoft.com and check your order history (under payments and billing). You should see the founder pack in the order history. Make sure you are logged in on the same account that you purchased the game with.If you can see the founders pack then it is just a matter of time till it shows up in game. If you can't see it I would contact Microsoft Store Support about your purchase.

You will need to contact the retailer where you purchased the game from as they should have given you a preorder code to redeem online. Check the receipt that you got with your purchase as some have reported the code being on the receipt.@runic Thank you but i already did that with no result, unfortunately.
No code on the receipt or mail or anywhere else.@slaig0d I haven't gotten mine yet either. Transaction on my MS account page shows clearly that I purchased the game weeks before the game launched. I never received a code, and I have yet to gt a response from Rare.
Small update here:
Just checked my XBL Messages and i got one from MS including the code for the Black Dog Pack.
Since i'm at work, i can not check if i've really gotten it in game but i'm quite confident.

The founder pack was for those who took part in the Alpha testing. As you do not have a founders forum badge under your gamertag I am going to guess you did not take part in this.In regards to the Pre-order bonus Black Dog pack, it should appear in your order history even if it is not appearing in game. If you purchased a digital copy you should contact the Microsoft store support (or you can try the SOT support HERE). If you purchased a physical copy try re-entering the pre-order code again. If you did not receive a pre-order code you will need to contact the retailer where you purchased the game.
@slaig0d You should be able to go to your messages in the Xbox app (PC player) and see a message that says "Thanks for pre-ordering Sea of Thieves! Redeem the code below to get The Black Dog Pack. Happy Sailing!"
I would have never to thought to look for it without seeing this thread though so thanks!
@kalunjakelija I make a ticket witht he microsft online chat and they give me the code to redem the pre-order pack, take like 20 minutes while they see the issue and found a code!
