The Ability to Pin specific Bilge Rat Categories

Currently doing Legends of the Sea. Though it's not a big issue, a small QoL feature I thought of was it would be cool to be able to pin Legends of the Sea and other Bilge Rat categories to the Pirate Log. This way, it makes it one button press instead of 3 for the future.
