Emissary Quest, one time quest or repeatable?

    Gold Hoarders Emissary Quest after hitting grade 5.
    After finishing that quest, can I do the quest again? Or is it one time only?
    Like after turning in chests, can I just grab the high tier quest again?
    Or do I have to lower the flag and start over?
    Kind of stuck after completing quest.
