Make LSS optional along side normal hourglass

Sometimes i only got 30 min to hop on, i can get 2-4 solo matches done easy in that time, lss i'm in the loading screen for 5-40 min , i know it's new and not optimal but at least give people the option to dive for it on top of normal hg.
