Spawnrate Skelletonships

  • I grinded for 2 hours to defeat an Athena's Fortune Skeleton Fort, and on my way to the next outpost, I was confronted by three naturally spawned Skeleton Galleons. The third one took an unusually large amount of cannonballs to defeat, and as it was sinking, it rammed our ship, causing the explosive barrels I had collected to explode. As a result, my ship sank. I immediately returned to the location where my ship sank, hoping to retrieve the loot, which shouldn't have despawned yet, but it was gone. Meanwhile, the loot of some players who had left the game 10 minutes before my ship sank was still floating in the water. I would like to ask why this happens and if you could please rebalance the spawn rate of the Skeleton Ships.

Did you perhaps sail into the smuggler's route - loads of skellie ships spawning between Smuggler's Bay and Crescent Isle.

  • If you're on the smugglers golden route you can shoot yourself over to their ship and light off the black powder barrels.
