Hey guys, i'm trying to do the rogue tall tale. i already did it a few times, but it is still marked incomplete. I turned in briggsy's skull a few times and tale is completed, however Olivia is not collecting any memories from the skull and although the tale completes, there is no completion in my log (remains 4/5 in pirate log).
I just saw a youtube video. olivia is simply not starting the dialogue about the skull of a pirate lord.
Any ideas?
