Bug report page is bugged. lol

    I've just tried giving someone a link to report a bug but the support page is currently bugged.
    I tried refreshing several times and also tried different approches to the link but there aren't any graphics at all and all of the text appears to be in a column down the left hand side of the page.

    Um, who do I report that bug to?

    Not that I have any bugs to report, but I have tried a number of times before going through...

    clicking - Support, then clicking My Requests

    I get this...

    Hmmm... Russian... english is selected as the language at the base of the page.
    I've had this for sometime now. Maybe they are on to me:)

    edit: Just tested a little more.... If I change the language option at the bottom of the screen to any other language... it comes up with the correct language.
    If English is selected Russian comes up.

    Maybe I do have a bug to report afterall?

    Sit down son, I think it's time for you to know the truth. You were adopted.
    Things were hard for your mother and I back in the old country, sacrifices had to be made. Plus I got a great shiny "Sea of Thieves" T-shirt out of the deal.

    Deep inside, we always knew that you would find us again, no matter how many times we moved. :o)

    Looks like ad blocker is blocking something, try disabling that and see if it fixes it.

    The Russian page, it does have /ru in the url which would suggest it things its in the right language. Try clearing your cookies and see if that helps?

    Thanks for the suggestion but disabling the Ad Blocker filters didn't work.
    Although the support page worked fine in the past with ad blocker running I still tried and closed the browser before testing it.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I cleared the cookies, still nothing.
    If I have to report anything, I might try it on another system I guess. Failing that I could learn the language:)

    I sometimes get this on other websites aswell and I mostly use my mobile when I’m browsing the net. I’ve never had it on SoT Though :)

    Nah mate, always on the PC.

    Okay, I've just tried with Microsoft Edge and it's fine. The problem seems to only be with Firefox.

    Reported one this morning also run a ad blocker and had no issues.

    Yup. I just tested it (in Firefox).

    You are correct in saying that the ad blocker filters made no difference. I tried that the other day.
    I also installed ad blocker to Microsoft Edge and that doesn't have the same support page issue. So it's definitely a Firefox thing.
    Hitting F5 makes no difference.

    It's really no biggie.

    As long as the people I link to the support page see it properly I don't mind.
    When I find a bug I just b***h about it on the forums. lol
