I’d love to see a rework of the customisation menus in Sea of Thieves. After years of content updates, the amount of cosmetics available has become overwhelming, and finding specific items can be incredibly time-consuming.
It would be great if cosmetics could be organised into or folders, such as:
- Matching Ship Sets
- Matching Clothing Sets
- Weapon Sets
- Equipment Sets
- Emissary Rewards
- Seasonal Rewards
Being able to browse complete sets together rather than scrolling through hundreds of individual items would make customisation much more enjoyable and accessible.
I’d also love to see a clear “New” indicator on recently unlocked items. At the moment, when emissary rewards, seasonal rewards, or other cosmetics are unlocked, it can be difficult to work out exactly what was received and where it is located in the menus. A simple marker or dedicated “Recently Unlocked” section would make claiming and equipping new rewards far easier.
Sea of Thieves has one of the best cosmetic systems in gaming, but the growing collection could really benefit from some quality-of-life improvements to make it easier for players to find, organise, and enjoy the items they’ve earned
