Since some point in S-17, throughout S-18 so far, AND also still in Insiders, at various random points loot & items + Equipment continues to glitch out out and while fully functional, it's position's physics from your POV.
If it's equipment, simply using the item (Ie: spyglass, lantern, compass, pocketwatch, etc. for example and you "raise" it) the bug still persists. The only fix is to stow/cancel the item and then re-equip it. This is happening on pirates of all body types, and does not seem to be specific to certain skins, as multiple friends/accounts have noticed the same thing.
It's an active bug in both Live and Insiders builds, screenshot of today when I completed my weekly Insiders.
