with the new season the commendation ''Warsmith of the Flame'' (in ashen wind tab) seems not progressing anymore
Same with the one about selling horn of fair wind, it works on regular outpost but it doesn't progress when selling them to the smugglers

@werelycanthrope Can confirm "Warsmith of the Flame" not progressing, set multiple skeleton ships on fire (mast, capstan, and deck) and still at 0 for Season 17 Act III.
