Unable to report a player.

  • When trying to report a player on the Sea Of Thieves website, after filling out all the information online, adding a video to solidify the claim, and hitting submit I get a "Forbidden" message in red at the top.

Anybody else having an issue with reporting a player?

  • Hi there. I wonder if your video is too large? Are you able to upload it to something like OneDrive and provide a link instead?

  • Video size is 4.5mb in a mp4 file.

  • @chocolatenukkat sounds like the file is too large to upload (max 50MB). Try uploading it to another site like YouTube as an unlisted video (since it’s free unlike OneDrive) and link the video in your report.

  • @tesiccl I'm not going to upload something to YT just to make a report. I'm not going above and beyond for a company that can't do the same for it's player base.

  • @chocolatenukkat not sure what you expect them to do when needing evidence for a report, but you do you friend.

  • @tesiccl I expect them to have a working website my guy, it's 2025 and we deal with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, not 1995 and working with Perl

  • @chocolatenukkat things break, but they can be easily fixed. Try again maybe?
