I got Xbox Ultimate PC pass and was told when I did so that I would get three Obsidian parts but I have not seen them in three days since I signed up for Ultimate, any ideas on why they are not in the game yet? (I redeemed them to the correct account)
Obsidian Pack has not come appeared on my account yet?
@dankpotter420 Then you would need to login to the Microsoft/Xbox version of the game first.
As you have Game Pass Ultimate you can either:
- Download the MS/Xbox version (though would take the longest)
- Use the Xbox App on PC and play via xCloud (may require a controller but is quick)
- Use the Xbox Game Pass App on mobile (which allows the use of touch controls)
Once you have loaded in and are able to move around, the Items should be in the relevant chests and will be once you log into the Steam version too.
EDIT:
- You can also load in via xCloud using an Internet browser on phone/PC here: https://xbox.com/play . Again if you use a Phone you will be able to use touch controls whilst PC may require the use of a Controller.
@dankpotter420 If you loaded all the way in and were able to move around on xCloud (could even check your chest whilst you are on there) it should be added to your chests.
If you have done that (and are certain you redeemed on the correct account) and they STILL haven't appeared, then you would need to contact Xbox/Microsoft Support (it is an MS/Xbox Game Pass promotion and not a Rare)
