After exhausting all other channels (there are no other channels), I'm back here to plead my case again. You guys used a baiter and decided to ban me for using a 6 letter word in game chat that you don't even censor. You refuse to give me any details or reason why you banned me. I know what happened but your review team never gave me a chance to tell my side of the story. A lazy player on my crew would not help with anything on the ship. This lazy player then said "you guys suck". I responded by typing the word "snatch". Both comments can be interpreted in various ways. My comment got me banned. You say I showed toxic behavior. To me, a player who isn't doing their part by helping their own crew and then telling that crew that they suck is about as toxic as it gets in this game. I'm sure the same thing has happened to many players over the years. Not a good way to build a good player base. Being banned means I no longer send money on your game. And feeling that you banned me for a bogus reason, I should get a refund for every dollar I've spent on your game. You took away the ship cosmetics and other items unfairly so it makes sense. Being banned also means that I will never again show a new player the ropes. Never going to carry players or share my knowledge of 380 days played. From no strikes to banned for saying snatch? Still makes no sense and is unjust. If I had a look at your support site here where it says that you can ban any plaer for any reason, I wouldn't've bought the game. And the fact that you use baiters and don't share evidence just seems crooked. So there's my suggestion. Change your corrupt policies and unban me
