Do Australian servers even exist anymore??

I keep getting connected to foreign ones with people using TTS or their native language of which I cannot understand, and alongside not being able to understand anyone else, my ping skyrockets any time I'm near other players. It's ridiculous, I can't even run up some stairs anymore without rubberbanding and having to stop completely. I get Australia has garbage internet anyway but holy cow I can barely play... Like just recently I nearly lost a fight cause my cannonballs had this huge delay between me pressing the button, the game saying the cannon was empty, and the ball actually leaving the cannon, and it made a difference cause I don't just sit there with my cannon in the same spot after a shot I move it to line it up depending on how the ship is moving. Not just this and travelling, but in PvE, skeletons not taking damage and I'm suddenly back 10 paces getting slapped to death!
I'd appreciate a way of knowing what server I'm on, or selecting a general region cause the game is borderline not fun when you think you're here but you're actually there.
