    As those two fellow pirates said before me, they are exclusively to buy on Morrow´s Peak Outpost. The Sea Crawler and Kraken set are to be bought without any other recommendation than money.
    For the Ashen Weapons and Ship liveries you have to visit all new islands in the Devil´s Roar.
    For the Ashen Clothing and Tools you have to get the "Devil´s Voyager" commendations.

    @king-deka For the scar to unlock you have to get the Devil´s Voyager commendation as well.
