It's annoying that you can only have one pet out at a time when you own two especially with the amount they cost.
More pets equipped at a time
If you think that's annoying, trying to grab the wheel quickly and picking up a pet instead is incredibly annoying, especially when I've asked the person to please dismiss their pet 3 times now. Not dealing with even more pets thanks.

Having multiple pets interacting chasing/playing with each other would be pretty adorable.
Four legged pets chasing round ship, birds swooping down on gravity challenged species.Would also need a volume/sound toggle for them.
I can't stand hearing them screeching during combat, I just don't have them out anymore, too annoying.
