Is it possible to get a 1 on 1 with Rare support?

  • I have been trying for over a day to get in contact with Rare support but I am only receiving automated responses. Is there no way to get in contact or is this seriously the only way? This is unacceptable.

    Some of the answer are copy paste, like if you report a bug they give you certain message, but they do personally write responses.

  • @aribalam Unfortunately the first automated response took 14hours for me to receive.. And yet I have received nothing after that. I've have better customer service from mobile games honestly.

  • @x0x01x1x0xox there has a whole flood of new players because of the new update, so the support team could be having to deal with quite a lot of tickets.

  • @aribalam Brother, please don't lie to me. I have had friends test it recently and they are able to get 1 on 1's within an hour or 2.

    I've been trying for nearly 30 hours now and I only got the first automated response.

    I'm not sure why I am having to deal with customer service like this.

  • @x0x01x1x0xox you can try to raise a new support ticket, but I wouldn't recommend raising anymore than two because after a while the support team will just ignore you.

    I don't know what happens behind the curtains of rare and what their support team is dealing with, but I've gotten personal responses in 40 minutes before. It just depends on your case.

  • @aribalam I should've said this as well.

    I did raise a second ticket, and the exact same thing happened.

    My ticket is nothing more than a question which I would reasonably expect to be answered by Rare.

  • @x0x01x1x0xox as long as it's not about disciplinary action, you could just ask here. The forums have many more people than the support team so it'll be answered much faster.
