Xbox QoL Suggestion - Hold A instead of Press

    I dunno about you guys but I love collecting supplies from barrels, storage crates, and rowboat chests...

    So much so that I've had one of my Xbox controllers A button stop working proper (have tried ALL methods of repair.. it's broken) and now my 2nd controller is starting to get a broken A button too... I have never had problems with controllers in the past and am certain it is from Sea of Thieves..

    A nice change could be to HOLD A (or another button, maybe X) when interacting with a barrel, chest, crate to collect ALL resources (that can fit in your inventory) from a barrel!

    Yes you might end up with a banana or leech that you didn't want, but I'd rather that than another broken A button.

    Anyone else had this happen to their controller because of SoT?

    well thats just a u thing, i spam barrels all the time and my controller works better than ever

    No - and I would ask anyone who states otherwise to provide proof that SoT was the sole, specific cause; I guarantee you, that they won't be able to follow through.

    But no, when my controllers break, it’s just from use. I don’t hit my buttons or sticks that hard. Just quickly.

    @paparug420 so you think pressing 2, 3, 4 times "A" is slower than hold "A"? Like when loading a cannon or grab a chest? That takes way longer...I hit "A" 5 times in the time I pick a chest up
