Gpu usage %100 Cpu usage is only %1

    my gpu usage is %100 cpu usage is only %1 or %2 and ı get 50 fps on very low settings.I search this problem but ı cant get answer.I only find 100%cpu usage and %1 gpu usage.Plz help.This is my pc:
    RTX2060
    R5 2600x
    3000 mhz 8gb ram
    144hz monitor

    Check that your global settings for the RTX2060 is set to make sure you use your GPU for gaming.

    Sometimes games start with the Intel graphics cards on the motherboard (cause driver issues or settings on your GPU).

    Check GPU activity as well when you launch the game. The 2060 is pretty powerful and it should be able to handle the game easily. CPU, though helps with frames, doesn't really run games which is why they made GPUs.

    This just started happening to me today. I have no idea why. used to run legendary setting 1080p at 100 fps and now i can barely run that at 25 max frames
