If they ever do decide to remove it, my vote goes for a hammock - the other 2 ships have a bed, so why doesn't the sloop?

Was said that they were about to add the option to be 3 players on the sloop but it got scrapped/delayed but they had still done the work with the brig so they just left it there.

It's to hide in, hopefully someday.

@uribedh I wish they’d just remove it and put all the vanity chests on shelves in there. The Sloop’s poor hull is cramped, hope they don’t add any more down there!

@realstyli they aughta abolish the brig and just use cuffs, or put a small jailhouse on each outpost or in the middle of the sea somewhere on a tiny island. IMO.

Brig space would make a great bed for my pet.

IIRC, it was originally intended to be used but they couldn't balance it in a duo. It was left in so as to keep all ships with the same features (even if inactive) so they have the choice to use it for something in future.

It's to lock your monkey up when he's naughty and throwing stuff.

i gues it would be funny if you could lock up other players not from your crew xD but it would have to be done right so its not too much of a pain for the other player.

But yea, i gues its just there cause any other ship has one, but using it on a sloop almost is never needed, true
