Shores of Gold Bug? Locked out of the Belly of Gold after opening the doors....

    I opened the doors with the Gold Hoarder Coin and activated the Belly of Gold, but after returning to my ship for supplies and coming back the doors are now shut, the Coin is in the slot, and I am stuck...

    I'm doing the Tale solo, so am I screwed and have to start all over?

    Any other way to access the lower area?

    @tacomalo just discovered that the mermaid can be used to teleport me into the area.

    @tacomalo Glad you figured it out! I think if you died it might have spawned you at the checkpoint down there as well?

    Some advice is it's not really worth going back to ur ship at that point.
