Go to your reputation page and you will see a block called “tall tales” go there and you will see all the chapters there you can select it and click “more info”.

Aside from that at the end of the previous tale the quest giver tells you where you can go.

I could simply tell you where you need to be but id rather help you use the information already available to you

How do I know where to go to start Cursed Rogue?

Rare really did a horrible job of describing the steps you need to take to do these quests.

@sir-green-day yes you can just start at cursed rogue now that you have completed that tale, however the tall tale chapters dont all start at the mysterious stranger but at seperate places around the world, if you want to get the location of the next tall tale select it and click the “more info” button.

That will tell you exactly where you need to be
