Rare "Are" Hiring?

@dyfrin In the UK, a collective noun that represents a group of people is used in the plural. So using "are" in this sentence is correct, despite us Americans expecting it to say "Rare 'Is' Hiring". Crazy Brits...

That's funny, as an American who was raised on ~90% British media, I didn't even realize this was an issue. "Are" seems right to me!

But is really should be "Rare Arrrrr Hiring" . :P
