Oh, that's an easy one too. You can either redeem in on the Xbox in the store section or go to the Xbox web site, click on the Games tab and go down to Redeem Code. Web site might be a little easier since you can copy and paste the code.

You can, for 70-100 dollars on the black market.

I got this out of buying something from the shop and now they're giving it out for free.
Just "watch" 10 matches in the background and KABOOMBLIE done, don't complain mate!

@clayboy828 It keeps track in the bottom left of the window when watching arena matches.
