I'm just saying, this may be the best trailer for a game this year. It's like a movie that's not a movie, but a game. Just plain cool.

@closinghare208 If had to pick any pirate movie to be made, it would be Treasure Island by today's standards. In the same light as Black Sails.

@murkrage I love it! I had the fortunate pleasure of finishing up the Sea of Thievs: Athena's Fortune novel last week and let me tell you...I CAN'T WAIT to see if any / how many connections will be introduced into the game when this update drops next week!

I absolutely love the ending! The Gold Hoarder sitting on his throne, snapping his head. As I look at my own Gold Hoarder figurine I can’t help but think: I cannot wait to meet you!

Sometimes when I see these trailers I wish that there were cut scenes in this game, they all look amazing! I'd love a web series or something, the world and animations are perfect for it.
