So for the Legendary Spyglass and Legendary Pocket-Watch, at first i was told that 500 animals were needed to get them, but then checking the description it says i need the commendation for 500 cargo. But then someone mentioned to me that it unlocks if i get either of the two. So is it just the cargo, the animals or both?

@taaaamas - As Musicmee mentioned, you unlock these items after delivering 500 cargo items. However, I wish they'd split the items to have one tied to cargo and the other unlocking once 500 animals had been delivered.
