I never mentioned your skill level or friendliness in-game. I was directly referencing your post, where you insult xboxers, belittle them, brush away their concerns, and pull out some typical PCMR trash.

This forum, as well as other social media, is the ONLY place where we are one community and not divided into groups of 24. If your previous post, the one full of golden snake venom, is an indicator of how you treat people in your community,is it surprising that xboxers want nothing to do with you?

No, but your attack on me for agreeing with the OP and pointing out why as an Xbox player I would prefer to play with those on console, certainly made you seem like a toxic player and proved the point. No, I believe it should’ve been mod edited as well. Also, everything you brought up in your post I’ve already commented about, because your one of many who sit there and say the same thing over and over again, it’s pretty much all the PC community knows, get good, spend a lot and by a PC, get a K+M and as you proved my point, because you stated waste the months to try and get better. They really can’t come up with anything else, but to try and tell us to conform to them lol. I think Sony had the right idea with not allowing cross opt play.

@they-sank bcuz ppl complained too much about "how much better PC players are than xbox players bcuz of certain "advantages" they have vs xbox players" and now they are implementing a way for xbox users to relax without that worry. Kind of dumb in my opinion but I guess that's how the dice is a rolling.

Zero headache if there was no crossplay from the start. What was the point of forced crossplay anyway?

Xboxers arent going to opt out of crossplay just because of the disadvantages. Xboxers are going to opt out to keep away from the absolute toxicity that pours from some people's mouths.

@bababooey Um yes...get a PC, or just get better at the game. Whatever is easier for you. The game was marketed as Crossplay from the start, don't start throwing a fit because you didn't realize how much more dominant PC players would be at the game than you. Because your whole shtick is, "I'm bad at this game and the PC players keep beating me so I want to be able to not play with the big kids, I want to only play with the other little kids!" continues to cry

No one is stopping you from getting better at the game.
No one is stopping you from getting a PC.
No one is stopping you from simply not playing the game until the opt-out comes out.

Get better at the game, or buy a PC so that you can also use a M&K; and then you can still lose and get sunk because it'll take you a few months to get used to M&K and then a following few months to get good enough to be a threat.

Lifting ladders is a terrible idea. Better to watch them and be diligent. Careful what you wish for

People who keep complaining about being chased nonstop for hours and days and weeks will sing another tune when they realize one of their few options to get people off their back (boarding+anchoring) would now be gone.

So many suggestions like that are not thought out through. People ask for removing or adding certain things thinking it will solve all their problems, without taking a second to think ahead and see that more problems will rise and they will have even more trouble than they already have.

@vorondil1 is correct, we do have a mega thread for discussions of this nature. The reason we do that is so that other topics on the forums don't get overwhelmed by many duplicate threads on the same topics.

And here also is a reminder why Rare Community team encourage use of the mega threads, not only for the community discussing topics such as these, but so that our feedback and opinion can easily be found in one place.

While most pirates are now using the mega thread and their voices are heard, there are fewer such topics on the forums and the moderators will use their discretion as to when/if to lock them.

Using the Search function shows a great many similar threads, all which are now inactive but the comments in the mega thread are easy to find, read and contribute to.

@seanethermore well according to xbox players, those 180 sword/blunderbuss ninjas are already killing us all every time open the game for 10 minutes, so that won't be much of a change now will it?

PC players, the only difference you're going to notice when optional cross play rolls around is less people getting mad at you for being a PC player. Oh, and you'll probably be dying a lot more to 180° sword hopping blunderbuss ninjas.

You talked originally about we’re not the ones trying to segregate the community based on controller scheme right(projecting by the way lol). Than you get upset when we come on here to respond and call it shade, because you can dish it, but you can’t take it. I don’t want to play with you guys, because my experience from playing just SOT is the majority(not all)of the PC players I’ve come across, are toxic and close minded(as supported by this thread), not to mention the advantages that you do have, but only some of you are actually man or woman enough to admit. How’s that for your shade.

If you want to use M&K then there you go And that should have been the only solution not crossplay.
