Does anyone know what needs to be accomplished in order to finish this title? I’ve done skeleton ship, skeleton voyages, and fleets and my number just stays at 155. Thanks for any advice!

No it isn’t bugged you must only defeat the Skeletons that aren’t Captains! As example on an OoS Voyage you get a map with 4 subjects: Captain Neate, Captain Duncan, Captain Preston, Treacherous Jim! So only Treacherous Jim is counting for this Commendation, because he isn’t Captain! Sometimes you get maps with 2 Non Captains or with 3 Non Captains! Hope this isn’t an Necro because the question wasn’t solved!
