I thought I'd share my controller configuration.

To maximize movement efficiency I reprogrammed the Jump button, A, to the Right Stick Click. This allows you to jump without taking your thumbs of the directional stick. Very useful in getting away from skelliebombers.

With the jump assigned to RS-Click, my A button is my spyglass

There are 2 buttons on the DPad that are not assigned from the beginning.
Radial Tools and Radial Maps/Missions are assigned to left and right bumpers as standard.

I have reassign Radial Maps to Left Dpad and assign Bananas hotkey to the right bumper, RB.

UP DPad is now my Lantern, for fast action against Shadow Skellies
DOWN DPad is my Bucket for fast bailing in a hectic moment.

I have chosen to assign a hot key to Bananas, Lantern, spyglass and Bucket and forgone the radial with written sayings like "I See a Ship". Can't do that anymore but never really used it.

If you do it differently, Please share your thoughts and configurations.
