Do the Athena Voyages get better through the ranks?

    I stopped playing a while back during a content drought and was at level 6 Athena's. I got back into it recently when I saw a video of people just stuffing a ship full of loot. In the video there's a part where the guy digs up 3 chests of legends on one island. Is there a certain level where the quests improve? I haven't been able to find anything about it online, and before I have done voyages with crew mates who were level 10 and I don't remember getting more than one. Any info is appreciated.

    @lgrizzlybeardl The 3 Legends chests were for the Gilded Athena Voyage, which was only available as a holiday present during December.

    Also, you now get Athena rep for completing certain commendations. You should return and try the new commendations. Hope to see you on the Sea!

    They didn't improve anything about PL quests. I am almost level 6 Athena and i've done some commendations that reward xp for Athena rank, but it's not even much, it goes up a few pixels.
