@smokintediz Unfortunately as far as i'm aware, they post delays and updates on their twitter page, they do not post delays on their update page.

They announce when the DLC is up and will make mega threads here
They will announce the opening of the Shrouded Spoils Page
And they will announce the patch notes. :)
