Remember when prices at shops got slashed leading up to Cursed Sails?
Did anyone ever get/find/provide a straight answer as to why the Skurvy Bilge Rat sets never dropped?

@baconwrappedsac bilge rats have their high standards to consider, and they are immune skeleton blockades as they build their products with the scrapes of material that wash ashore.
I always wondered that myself.
I ended up buying everything in the game twice, once before FS and again after, excluding the survey bilge rat items just because they were so much more expensive. Eventually I had enough to buy all of them too so I figured I might as well. Now I'm sitting on about 300k with nothing to spend it on.
I thought it was weird that they were more expensive than the rest and never really found a reason why.
